EXERCISES: Leg Extension: Athlete explodes the weight out in a kicking motion and then resist the weight back to work flexibility. Leg Curl: Athlete drives the weight back into a standing leg curl and then resist the weight back to work flexibility. Groin: Athlete can work the groin in both directions and resist the weight for flexiblity in the same exercise.
